We may look like a large organization, but when you look behind the curtain here at Cancer Patient Services, we are a team of five hard working individuals. Our events like the Chili Cook-Off would never happen without the help of volunteers whether you volunteer your time, money, or items; volunteers are really the ones that make great things possible.

How This Site Came to Be

Back in 2013, a group of local nonprofit leaders joined forces to unveil a new easy-to-use web-based platform that matches the right volunteers with the right opportunities. The collaborative effort came out of the first cycle of The Findlay-Hancock County Community Foundation’s Schneider Circle, a program designed to strengthen local nonprofits through trainings, leadership forums, fundraising coaching and more.
