Welcome to Interlocal Community Action Program

Volunteer Opportunity: ICAP Foster Grandparent Program: Tutor special needs children in elementary schools, non-profit day cares, Head Start, and Boys and Girls Clubs. Volunteer Time: Can start at any time. 4 hours per day, 5 days per week. Volunteer Requirements: Must be 60 years old or older, live on limited income and love children.
