Volunteer Opportunity:
- Covered Wagon Volunteer
- The program, developed by the Indiana State Museum, asks groups of children to decide what household goods pioneers should carry to the frontier and what they must leave behind. The children choose from among historically accurate, miniature furniture and utensils and load them inside a prairie schooner.
